What is sprocket?
provided by power generator of an excavator is conveyed to track link by running motor and sprocket . The teeth of sprocket rim should fit the track link well and should be able to drive the link steadily .Even when the link stretches due towear and uz teat of its pin and bushing ,the teeth should fit well Usually ,a sprocket rim is placed at the back part of the running device of an excavator .
Technological advantages of sprocket tooth block
The sprocket is normalized by the matrix to obtain good impact resistance; the sprocket tooth surface is medium-frequency induction hardened, and the surface hardness reaches HRC48-58, and the depth of 6mm is not less than HRC48. The wear performance is excellent, and it works under any harsh working conditions. Stable and long life. The special casting process guarantees the geometric shape of the gear teeth and can accurately transmit power even if they are worn at the end of their life.
