In order to meet our own production needs and reduce the impact of various factors in the supply chain on output and quality, we have integrated various resources and successively established forging workshops and casting workshops to form a one-stop process from forging and casting, processing, production and sales. Heli increased its production workshops in Jintian Industrial Zone, increasing the plant area from more than 2500 square meters to 8000 square meters. The monthly production is about 1,000 chains, 15,000 sets of “four wheels”, more than 30,000 track shoes, and 300,000 sets of various bolts. The country has more than 40 distribution departments and is exported to many parts of the world.
Heli raised nearly 20 million yuan to set up a new factory on Zishan Road, occupying an area of 25 acres and a standard factory building of 12,000 square meters. In June of the same year, Heli officially moved to its new factory on Zishan Road, ending the long-term separation of several workshops and entering a stable and standardized production process. Recently, Heli has 150 employees, with an annual output of 15,000 chains, nearly 200,000 “four wheels”, 500,000 track shoes, and 3 million sets of bolts.
Because the company’s production capacity continues to expand, each workshop cannot be managed in the same workshop, and the locations are scattered. The company plans to purchase a larger area of land, integrate all production links, reduce transportation costs in the production process, thereby reducing production costs, improving product quality, and laying a foundation for the increasingly fierce market environment in the future.
