Sichuan Tibet railway is a national project of great strategic significance. It starts from Chengdu in the east to Lhasa in the west, crosses 14 rivers including Dadu River, Yalong River, Yangtze River, Lancang River and Nujiang River, and crosses 21 peaks with an altitude of 4000 meters, such as Daxue mountain and Shaluli mountain. The construction of Sichuan Tibet railway is faced with problems such as frozen soil, mountain disasters, lack of oxygen and environmental protection, which pose great challenges to the safety and stability of construction equipment.
The project team of Shanhe intelligent, with the special equipment division as the main force, has overcome many difficulties from receiving orders to delivery, reduced the tasks that could only be completed in three months to two months, and created a newly upgraded swe240fed electric excavator.

This electric excavator independently developed by Shanhe Intelligent is another achievement of “leading innovation”. Sichuan-tibet railway is located in “China Water Tower”, which has high construction environmental protection requirements, and the surface is cold, with large temperature difference and insufficient oxygen supply. The common excavator engine is difficult to meet the requirements of environmental protection construction in plateau, and the combustion efficiency is low, so the operation effect is also severely challenged. The new generation electric excavator adopts the latest key technologies such as thermal management in complex environment, multiple integrations, modularity, etc., which can ensure efficient and stable operation under harsh working conditions, and the work efficiency of the previous generation is increased by 28%.

At the same time, this excavator is driven by electric energy, which can reduce the cost by 300,000 yuan compared with ordinary excavators under the working time of 3,000 hours throughout the year. Its electric application level is high, it can run continuously for 7-8 hours after one charge, and the fast charging time is less than 1.5 hours, which ensures stable and efficient operation. It also has the advantages of zero emission, low noise and environmental protection. In addition, the excavator also reserves three operating modes of local, short-range and remote, as well as a 5G interface, which can realize remote control and ensure safe operation in dangerous areas.
