1. Correct parking posture
In case of rain, snow and thunder, it is recommended to shut down in this way to better protect the excavator oil cylinder. When the excavator does not work for a long time, or during the Chinese new year shutdown and holiday, the excavator must be stopped in this way, so that all the oil cylinders can be soaked in the hydraulic oil, so that the oil film can be covered on the oil cylinder, which greatly protects the service life of the oil cylinder and will not corrode it.
After the completion of each day, the jib is lowered vertically at nearly 90 degrees, the bucket oil cylinder is retracted, and the bucket teeth are parked downward to protect the piston rod of the oil cylinder.
2. Pay attention to the position of the idler
When going uphill, make the guide wheel in front and the drive wheel in the back, extend the forearm, open the bucket, keep the bucket 20cm away from the ground, and drive slowly. At the same time, it should be noted that the slewing action should be avoided during the uphill process to prevent danger. When going downhill, the driving wheel is in the front and the guide wheel is in the back. Extend the jib forward to make the bucket teeth of the bucket work downward 20 cm from the ground, and slowly and vertically go downhill.
3. How to exhaust air from hand pump
Open the side door of the hydraulic pump, remove the dust cover of the diesel filter element, loosen the vent bolt on the diesel filter element base, press the hand pump until the air in the diesel system is exhausted, and tighten the vent bolt.
4. Broken right / wrong posture
Wrong operation 1: during crushing operation, too small thrust of the big and small arms to the hammer will lead to excessive vibration of the crushing hammer body and the big and small arms, resulting in failure.
Wrong operation 2: during crushing operation, the large and small arms give too much thrust to the hammer, and the crushed object will cause the impact of the hammer body and the large and small arms at the moment of being crushed, resulting in its failure.
Wrong operation 3: the thrust direction of the big and small arms to the hammer is inconsistent, and the drill rod and bushing are always hard engaged during the strike, which not only aggravates the wear, but also the drill rod is easy to break.
The correct operation is as follows: the thrust direction of the big and small arms to the hammer is consistent with the longitudinal direction of the drill rod and perpendicular to the hit object.
5. How to observe the battery power state
If the above blue color appears, it indicates that the battery power is normal.
If the above red color appears, it indicates that the battery is low. Please charge or replace the battery.
