① Move the track shoe until the master pin moves above the idler, and place the wooden block in the corresponding position.
② Loosen the track shoes.
When the grease valve is loosened and the track shoe is not loosened, move the excavator forward and backward.
③ Remove the kingpin with a suitable tool.
④ Slowly move the excavator in the opposite direction to make the track shoe assembly flat on the ground.
Jack up the excavator and support the lower part with wooden blocks.
When the track shoe is paved on the ground, the operator should not be close to the sprocket to avoid injury.
install
Install in the reverse order of removal.
