As the 2026 Spring Festival (Chinese Lunar New Year of the Horse) approaches, Quanzhou Heli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (brand: CQC TRACK) would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you for your long-term trust, support, and close cooperation throughout the past year. To ensure all our employees can enjoy a joyful and peaceful holiday with their families, we hereby announce our official Spring Festival holiday schedule and related business arrangements, in line with national holiday regulations and the company’s actual operational plan. This notice is formulated to help you arrange your business cooperation and order planning in advance.
1. Official Holiday Period
Our Spring Festival holiday will be from February 7, 2026 to February 26, 2026, totaling 20 days. We will officially resume normal production and business operations on February 27, 2026 (Friday). All departments will return to work as scheduled, and relevant business services will be fully restored on that day.
2. Business Arrangements During the Holiday
To minimize the impact of the holiday on our cooperation, we have made detailed arrangements for domestic and international business respectively, ensuring transparency and clarity for all partners:
2.1 Domestic Business Arrangements
During the holiday period, our domestic business will be temporarily adjusted due to factory shutdown and logistics suspension, specifically as follows:
- Factory Production: All production lines of Quanzhou Heli Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. will be completely shut down from February 7, 2026. Production will not resume until February 27, 2026, after the holiday. During the shutdown, no production, processing, or assembly work will be carried out to ensure the safety of the factory and equipment.
- Logistics and Shipping: Due to the nationwide Spring Festival logistics break, all domestic shipments will be suspended during the holiday. For orders confirmed before the holiday that have not yet been shipped, we have completed all pre-shipping preparations and will arrange the first batch of shipments immediately after logistics services resume on February 27, 2026. For orders placed during the holiday, shipping will be scheduled in the order of order submission after the holiday.
- Domestic Consultation: Domestic business consultation services will be temporarily suspended. If you have any urgent matters, please leave a message through our official website or contact our designated customer manager after the holiday, and we will reply to you within 2 working days.
2.2 International Business Arrangements
Considering the continuity of international cooperation, our international business team will maintain partial services during the holiday, with the following arrangements:
- Inquiry and Quotation: Our international sales team will continue to accept inquiries and provide quotation services for international customers via email, WhatsApp, and other online channels. For your inquiries about our machinery products, specifications, customization services, and other related matters, we will reply to you within 4 working days to ensure that your business planning is not affected.
- Delivery Time Confirmation: Due to the factory shutdown during the holiday, the delivery time for all international orders confirmed during the holiday or before the holiday but not yet scheduled for production will be determined after the holiday. After we resume production on February 27, 2026, our production department will evaluate the production schedule based on the order quantity and complexity, and notify you of the specific delivery time within 3 working days.
- International Shipping: International shipping services will be suspended temporarily during the holiday. For international orders that have been confirmed and completed before the holiday, we have coordinated with international logistics partners to arrange shipping as soon as possible after the holiday, and will timely update the shipping information and tracking number to you.
3. Warm Reminders
- We kindly remind you to arrange your order placement, delivery, and cooperation plans in advance according to our holiday schedule to avoid any impact on your production and operation due to the holiday. For urgent orders, please contact our customer service team before February 6, 2026, and we will do our best to coordinate and arrange them.
- During the holiday, our factory will implement 24-hour security patrols to ensure the safety of factory facilities and equipment. If you have any questions about order production after the holiday, please contact us in a timely manner after we resume work.
- Please pay attention to the update of our official website and social media channels for any adjustments to the holiday schedule or business arrangements. We will release the latest information in a timely manner to ensure that you can obtain relevant notifications at the first time.
