What is idler?
The guide wheel is used to guide the track to revolve correctly and prevent it from running and deviating.
Most excavators also play the role of supporting wheels. This can increase the contact area of the crawler to the ground and reduce the ground pressure.
The guide wheel surface is made into a smooth surface, with a baffle arm ring in the middle as a guide, and the ring surfaces on both sides support the rail chain.
The smaller the distance between the guide wheel and the nearest support wheel, the better the guidance.

Idler warranty description
1.In the normal natural environment,18 months or working 2000 hours warranty.The working environment is extremely harsh(such as salt and alkali land,etc) ,or engaged in crushing operations all the round,the warranty time is cut in half.
2.During the warranty period,the oil leak of oil-seal,oil-nozzle,both sides of the shaft and etc,replace it.
3.During the warranty period, the rail surface cracks, collapses, and shaft breaks occur, which can be replaced.
4.The idler bracket can be replaced if it is cracked, but if it is caused by the serious wear and tear of the equipment installation position, it is not covered by the warranty.
